FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: turbo-machine rotor comprises a shell whose end faces are rigidly attached to end caps fitted with pins resting on bearings, while the shell outer surface is fitted with means of securing the blades different by the fact the coaxial shaft and the shell are rigidly fastened together by at least two jumpers equidistant from each another and made in the form of plates of uniform thickness whose length corresponds to the length of the shell and which are directed along the longitudinal axis of the turbo-machine rotor while thickness of the jumpers gradually increases towards the surfaces being in contact with the shaft and the shell at the junctions with them. In this case the shaft is made hollow and the jumpers are oriented radially. In addition, areas of conjugation of the jumpers with the shaft and the shell are given a rounded shape of the surface. At the same time the means of securing the blades on the rotor are made in the form of a fish-bone lock. In addition, cross-section of the shell along its longitudinal axis is variable. In this case end caps are additionally fastened rigidly to the jumpers.
EFFECT: increase in the permissible peripheral velocity, axial and radial stiffness of the rotor, ensuring minimal weight and mass moments of inertia.
