SUBSTANCE: device and method to transmit and receive a frame including control information in a broadcasting system. The frame for a broadcasting service is generated using a circuit of inband signalling and contains information on location of control information in the subsequent frame and indication information that indicates change/no change in the control information in the subsequent frame.
EFFECT: new structure of the frame minimises the consumed capacity of a receiver supporting a broadcasting service, which is also the technical result.
