SUBSTANCE: method is proposed to transfer and receive a signal, as well as a device to transfer and receive a signal. The method includes stages, at which they receive a signal of the first range of frequencies, they receive information of the level 1 from a preamble of a signal frame with time-frequency separation (TFS) of the received signal, besides, the specified information of the level 1 includes an index of the current radio-frequency channel within a signal frame of TFS, a signal frame TFS is analysed using information of the level 1, they receive a physical level path (PLP channel) of a signal frame TFS, and the PLP channel is converted into a service stream.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of data transfer, provision of the possibility to correct errors of bits that generate a service.
