FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Triethanolamine is mixed with chloromethyltrialkoxysilane in quantitative ratio of 8.7:1 to obtain a reaction mass. The obtained reaction mass is heated to 50°C while stirring constantly. A mixture of isopropyl alcohol and ortho-cresoxy acetic acid, which is first heated to 50°C, is then added in ratio 8.7:14. The obtained mass of components is held at temperature 55-57°C while stirring constantly for 30 minutes. The mass is cooled to temperature 17-20°C to obtain a paste-like product.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product which enhances growth and development of plants.
