SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to device to define risks of derailment. Proposed device comprise sliding box 25 accommodating electric contact shoe 32 moving on rail 5. Said slide block is arranged at front of guide block along rolling stock motion and articulated with said unit by connection bar 26 to be broken at load exceeding preset tolerance. Slide box 25 comprises device 43 to remove splinters or objects arranged between show 32 and, at least, on one side of said box. Loss of electric contact between shoe and rail allows determine risks of derailment.

EFFECT: ruling out derailment.
