FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device includes housing 10 with inlet and outlet holes 46, 48. Flow path is restricted with reservoirs 30, 32 in which the medium influencing the water is contained. Housing consists of external wall 24 and internal wall 16, which restrict the first closed medium reservoir 30. Internal wall passes coaxially to the second tubular reservoir forming closed reservoir 32 and made in the form of the first inner tube 14 which passes at some distance from internal wall on the side of perimetre and on the side of bottom. Flat separating elements 54, 56 are branched off the first inner tube in radial direction; lower faces of the above elements end at the level of lower wall 18 of the first inner tube and divide intermediate space between the first and the inner tubes into two partial spaces 58, 60. One of the above spaces is connected to inlet hole and the other one is connected to outlet hole. Inlet and outlet holes are restricted with coupling or section 50, 52 of tube, which are sealed relative to intermediate space. Partial spaces are connected in bottom zone of the housing, which is located at some distance from inlet and outlet holes. Projections 62, 64, 66, 68 forming swirl means are taken from the first inner tube to partial space.

EFFECT: intensification of swirling of water flow in the tube, due to which deposit formation on tube walls is decreased; enlarging water passage through the housing, which increases the action time of medium on water; simple design.
