FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of producing sulphate-silicate binder, involving neutralisation of sulphuric acid contained in fluoroanhydrite, using highly basic self-decomposing ferro-alloy slag with subsequent cooling of the neutralisation product to room temperature and grinding, neutralisation is carried out at temperature 350-450°C until achieving pH of not less than 11.0, grinding is carried out until achieving specific surface area of 400-450 m2/kg with addition of slag, having the following composition, wt %: potassium fluoride KF 10-15, potassium chloride KCl 65-70, organofluorine impurities being the balance, with the following ratio of starting components, (wt %): fluoroanhydrite 40-85, highly basic self-decomposing ferro-alloy slag 14-58, said additive 1-2. The sulphide-silicate binder obtained using said method is disclosed. The invention is developed in subclaims.
