FIELD: road building technology. SUBSTANCE: mixture for construction of motor road base includes binding composition in the form of oversize fraction of crushed dumped main metallurgical slag mixed with fluoroanhydride in proportion of 1:1. Used in function of activator is fluoroanhydride which is preliminarily neutralized by lime. Used in function of mixing liquid is water solution of chlorides of alkali metals and/or chlorides of alkali-earth metals in following proportion of components, mas.%: oversize fraction of crushed dumped main metallurgical slag, 11.00-20.00; fluoroanhydride, 11.00-20.00; fluoroanhydride neutralized by lime, 1.20-1.60; chlorides, 0.25-0.35; water, 7.00-8.00; filler, the balance. Application of aforesaid mixture for construction of bases for motor roads allows for enhancing its living stability that is ability of moist mixture to retain its technological characteristics together with simplification of technology in arrangement of road base and transportation of mixture.
