FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: quick-disconnect unit includes on-board connection and ground connection with shutoff device installed on it, and shutoff drive sleeve with pneumatic actuator, which is connected to the tightening device. On-board and ground connections are made with common housing which has breaking element in the form of breaking connection strap. Pneumatic actuator is equipped with breaking mechanism made in the form of a piston with retractable pins borne against power flange of on-board connection; at that, shutoff device is equipped with safety stop contacting the breaking connection strap.
EFFECT: absolute tightness of quick-disconnect unit under normal operation, and reliable disconnection of on-board and ground connections in case of emergency situation.
