COMPLEX OF LOW-TEMPERATURE SEPARATION UNITS OF GASEOUS AND GAS-LIQUID MIXTURES Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC F25J3/00 

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: complex of low-temperature separation units of gaseous and gas-liquid mixtures includes low-temperature gas separator, a block of plate heat-exchangers and valve stations. Gas separator is connected to mounting-transport support platform with the possibility of horizontal and/or parallel to it arrangement in transportation position and further shifting and fixing in vertical operating condition. Heat-exchanger unit and valve stations arranged at its both sides are located at independent mounting-transport support platforms each. Support structures of heat-exchanger unit and valve stations are united in one operating platform supplied with steel structures arranged at both sides of valve stations and coaxial to heat-exchangers axes projections with formation of contour and intermediate load-bearing frame of operating platform and with closely connected support platform of gas separator installed at object datum.

EFFECT: increase of specific efficiency of purification per expenses unit, improvement of technical-economical and ecological indices of specified complex at onshore and off-shore production fields due to compact volumetric layout.
