GAS PROCESSING FACILITY OF GAS FIELD OF OIL AND GAS CONDENSATE DEPOSIT Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC F25J3/00 

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: gas processing facility consists in processing train that includes separator-slugcatcher unit, input filter-separator unit, fluid collecting reservoir, unstable condensate and brine water degasser-separator unit, intermediate gas separation system, gas throttling unit, low-temperature gas separation system and unstable condensate degasser unit. The systems of intermediate and low-temperature separation are united into block-module and each includes - a unit consisting of not less than two plate heat-exchangers "gas-gas", two valve stations and cyclone gas separator. Heat-exchanger units and valve stations are mounted each at the own mounting-transport support structure. Exceeding of heat-exchanger unit support structure width relative to valve station support structures is symmetrically compensated by two pairs of angular inserts - support steel structures with formation of contour and intermediate load-bearing frame of operating platform. Production platform of intermediate gas separation system is mounted exceeding the support platform of gas separator and meeting the requirement according to which the axis of pipeline supplying the working substance from heat-exchanger unit to gas separator crosses the plane of its coupling with inlet connection at the height not lower than the axis of the latter and space-oriented towards it with down-slope direction.

EFFECT: increase of gas purification specific efficiency per expenses unit, improvement of technical-economical and ecological indices and decrease of material consumption, labour intensity and energy consumption of erection.
