SUBSTANCE: system has a mobile device configured to generate both a transmitting channel through a lens, in the focal plane of which there is a discrete set of laser diodes, and a receiving channel through a focusing lens and a photodetector placed one after the other, and a stationary device configured to generate both a transmitting channel through a lens and an array of light-emitting diodes and a receiving channel through a lens and a photodetector. In the photodetector of the receiving channel of the mobile device, there is a matrix optical radiation concentrator consisting of an array of short-focus focusing lens elements and an array of prismatic deflecting elements; the transmitting unit of the stationary device in the front focal plane of the lens has one laser diode and an optical switch.
EFFECT: high noise-immunity of the optical communication system.
