FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely oncology, and may be used for treating basal cell skin cancer. That is ensured by ultrasonic sizing up of a tumour. That is followed by intracutaneous injections surrounding the tumour and additionally directly in the tumour tissue of the medicated mixture including cutis compositum and lymphomyosot in the ratio 3:1. Thus the medicated mixture is introduced in regular intervals in return travel of a syringe needle. One procedure involves introducing 1.0-2.5 ml of the medicated mixture one-three times a week in the therapeutic course of 4-18 procedures depending on the tumour size. Further the tumour is sized up once more, and a lesion is removed by radio-wave surgery under local anaesthesia.
EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of basal cell skin cancer, reduced injures of the surrounding tissues after the tumour removal, decreased postoperative complications and probability of recurrent disease, and also extended types of treated basal cell carcinoma and a satisfactory cosmetic effect.
