FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method for production of liquid fuel from oil stock containing paraffin hydrocarbons as the main components, having from 20 to 100 atoms of carbon, which is exposed to hydraulic treatment in presence of a previously identified catalyst of hydraulic treatment and under conditions of hydraulic treatment including the temperature from 200 to 350°C, the hourly volume speed of liquid from 0.1 to 0.5 hour-1 and partial hydrogen pressure from 0.5 to 8 MPa with production of an outgoing flow of an oil product, which is then fractionated to produce a medium distillate, including a gas oil, with a cetane number 75 or higher and a point of congelation of -27.5°C or below, the yield of which makes 55% or more relative to the oil stock weight. At the same time the hydraulic treatment catalyst includes an active metal component containing platinum or palladium on a carrier including an amorphous solid acid and an overstable zeolyte of Y-type with the average diameter of particles from 0.2 to 1.0 mcm, crystallinity from 1.02 to 1.10 in terms of the standard zeolyte of Y-type and the specific surface from 700 to 790 m2/g, and moreover, the hydraulic treatment catalyst performs functions of dehydration, isomerisation, hydrocracking and hydration of hydrocarbons, in which the oil stock is a solid paraffin F-T, produced by the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.
EFFECT: production of a medium distillate with high yield, besides, without losses of high cracking activity, and moreover, production of a high-quality gas oil included into a medium distillate.
