FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed nozzle comprises nozzle flaps control mechanism, that to vary thrust vector made up of four hydraulic cylinders and power ring, and nozzle case made up of fixed and moving parts. Nozzle moving part comprises power ring with its downstream part connected with subsonic and supersonic flaps and its front part connected with thrust vector direction control, hydraulic cylinders arranged in two diametral pairs along vertical and horizontal axes. Power ring cross-section represents hollow rectangle and comprises inserts with ball hinges rigidly secured therein. Yoke-like rockers enter said inserts for radial and angular displacement relative to said power ring, jointed with moving carriages on opposite side. Said carriages incorporate two pairs of rollers moving in four guide supports fitted on nozzle fixed part along circle arc with curvature circumscribed by radius from point making the center of nozzle moving part turn. Lateral displacement of carriages is locked by another pair of rollers fitted on radial pins arranged in carriage. Cylindrical lateral surface of every said roller stays in contact with and rolls on face surface of through cutout of fixed supports.
EFFECT: higher reliability in transfer of lateral forces in thrust vector deviation.
