FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: glass-plastic aggressive resistant tube consisting of an outer reinforced coating connected by a cement adhesive with an internal core consisting of a number of glued stonecast inserts 1 m long differing by the fact that a concrete outer cover is wound with 2-3 layers of a glass-plastic tape and reinforced by a nontensioned single or double spiral frame depending on the wall diametre and thickness determined by tube strength, while a stonecast core which is an inner tube liner, consists of 3-metre basalt, diabase inserts fastened together by end faces through a corrosion resistant liners by a polymer adhesion which is used to cover the tube within a joint, while a strong fine-fibred material 20-60 cm is used to wind, as well as a method for manufacturing glass-plastic concrete aggressive resistant pipes.

EFFECT: high corrosion resistance, corrosion protection of both internal, and external surface of the pipes.
