FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: glass-plastic-concrete pipe comprises a concrete cylinder, which has a socket and a bushing parts at the ends, reinforced with a single or double steel frame from non-stressed reinforcement. The pipe socket is a glass-plastic shell with thickness of 10-15 mm, wound onto a concrete section of the pipe socket end. For winding, tapes are used from glass-fibre, basalt threads or glass fabric, and the binder may be a composition based on epoxide, polyester or polyurethane resins. The method to manufacture a glass-plastic-concrete pipe is characterised by manufacturing of a reinforced concrete pipe by vertical vibroforming. The pipe socket is made by winding of a glass-plastic tape onto a concrete surface of a pipe socket on a winding machine, where a reinforced concrete pipe is installed. Also a shell of a glass-plastic tape is wound onto the entire surface of the pipe, besides, the tape may be wound both without tension or with a certain force, in combination with increasing number of wound layers or without their increase.

EFFECT: higher corrosive resistance of pipes.
