SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared and cut. Beef is fried in butter and milled. Carrots, bulb onions and white vegetables are cut, sauteed in butter and milled. One performs sunflower flour pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato puree, bone broth, sugar, salt, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. One proceeds with cooking, packing, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
