FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products like water naswar. The method for production of non-smoking products of rustic tobacco envisages preparation of recipe components; extraction of fennel with liquid carbon dioxide with corresponding miscella separation. Rustic tobacco and scorzonera are cut, dried in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of the raw material inside the bits till temperature of 80-90°C during at least an hour. Then components are mixed, impregnated with separated miscella with extract content equal to 0.03% of the mixture weight with simultaneous pressure boost. Pressure is reduced down to atmospheric one with simultaneous freezing of the mixture. One performs subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture, addition of cherry juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water. The produced mixture is moulded. The mixture is prepared at their following weight ratio with accuracy of ±2%: rustic tobacco - 400; scorzonera - 300; cherry juice concentrate in conversion to 70% of dry substances content - 90; sugar syrup in conversion to 70% concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70, water up to 1000.
EFFECT: method allows to produce a new non-smoking nicotine-containing rustic tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine.
