FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes series-connected source of amplitude-modulated signal, signal level correction unit, preamplifier, output voltage correction unit and signal level stabilisation unit. The amplifier output is connected with the second input of signal level stabilisation unit, while signal level stabilisation unit output is coupled with a control input of signal level correction unit. The memory unit, signal parameter analyser, carrier frequency metre, modulation frequency metre and output signal level metre, the first key element and interlock signal generator, the second key element and communication unit are available in the device. The outputs of carrier frequency metres, frequency modulation metres, output signal level metres and memory unit are connected with the corresponding inputs of signal analyser with its first, second, third and fourth outputs being connected respectively with the control input of the first key element where through power supply is coupled with the output amplifier to the input of interlock signal generator, which is connected with the output amplifier interlocking input by its output, to control input of the second key element connected between the second output of output voltage manual adjustment unit and signal input of output amplifier and to communication unit. The inputs of memory unit, carrier frequency metres, modulation frequency and output signal level metres are coupled with output amplifier output, whereas memory unit control input is connected with the first output of output voltage manual adjustment unit inputs.

EFFECT: improved safety of device operation through interlocking by failures giving rise to parameters mismatch with given parameters and extended functionalities due to device parameters data transfer to remote monitoring system.
