FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway signaling, communication and interlocking on railway transport, particularly, to interval traffic control on sections between stations and at stations. Proposed device contains rail line adjoining at beginning and end to adjacent rail lines, each containing generator and track receiver with track relay connected at output, accordingly, at beginning and end of each line. Generator connected at beginning of rail line is controllable one. Track receiver contains threshold elements which fox pre-failure conditions when owing to large range of change of rail insulation resistance, signal at input of track receiver approaches minimum or maximum designed level. Order is transmitted to control input of controllable generator from track receiver by means of control unit, and level of signal is set at generator output at which pre-failure conditions of track receiver are eliminated.

EFFECT: increased operation reliability.
