FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: coal raw materials are crushed into coal particles with fraction sizes of 0.01-1 mm. In the reservoir 3 the suspension 4 is prepared by means of mixing coal particles and liquid. Weight content of coal particles in the volume of suspension 4 makes 10-60 %. Reservoir 3 with suspension 4 is placed into the end-to-end location slot of alternating magnetic field generator. At suspension processing, magnetic field strength is being kept within 1·104-1·106 A/m, and oscillation frequency - 20-70 Hz. At the bottom of reservoir 3 a hard solid settling 5 - coal coke - is formed.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce expenses for bringing coking process into action, to use low-caloric and high-ash coals as raw feedstock.
