SUBSTANCE: acoustic downhole emitter contains part (1) of acoustic downhole emitter, which is lowered to the well, N-position commutator (2), power amplifier (3), null element (4), frequency divider (5) with N division factor, N-digit binary counter (6), N-digit shift register (7) and N controlled inverters (8).

EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of acoustic downhole emitter by using 2^N systems from N various laws of phase manipulation of acoustic pressure, which leads to improvement of acoustic action efficiency and increase in sonic volume of working medium without increasing emissive power.
