SUBSTANCE: if generator is mounted on a support, mainly, on a tree trunk or a pole, a clamp with a unit is fixed at a certain height and a reference element is connected and horizontal position is adjusted. A rope is put into the unit and its ends are pulled down; a foundation is assembled around the support and a carriage is mounted above the foundation; the wind generator is fixed to the carriage; the clamp with a unit is fixed to the support under the foundation; one rope end is fixed on two reverse mechanisms, while the other end is inserted into the clamp's unit. Then, rope is pulled until the reference element is stopped by spring-loaded clips. For wind generator dismantling, the reverse mechanisms are engaged by repeated tensioning of rope and all assembly goes down with its own weight. The device is designed to mount and dismantle wing generators. It is comprised of a reference element, retained by adjustment device to control its horizontal position, foundation fixed to the clamp with unit with a carriage being installed so that it can rotate, two reverse mechanisms mounted to the foundation, two spring-loaded clips hinged attached to the foundation and clamp with unit.

EFFECT: method and device allow for simplifying installation works, reducing costs, simplifying lifting mechanism to enable fixing wind generator to tree truck or pole.
