FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: starting pipe comprises convex face cover with sealing gasket, ring with sealing gasket arranged between cover and pipe face. Cover with gasket is arranged in ring recess while recess walls are furnished with ledges with cutouts to accommodate plate tongues made from channel with flanges directed inward located to make spacer between said ledges and fit cover camber. Cover is furnished with channel-like bracket fitted on its pole and furnished with axle for aforesaid plate to be fitted thereon and lever made from channel to cover said plate. Lever flanges are rounded on the side of axle to make cam and, on opposite side, plate is made to extend beyond the ring. Holes in bracket channel flanges are made to displace axle per cam operation while levers and plate are secured by fast-release wire lock. Lever channel wall has hole made nearby its plate to receive plate flat ring made from plate channel bottom by bending of bottom edge between premade cutouts. Wire lock is arranged in ting opening above the lever and made up of cotter with ring diameter sufficient for removing it without tool. Note here that lock ends are straight.
