FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises service tank with analysed fluid communicated via pipeline with consumption booster and primary filter arranged therein along fuel flow, and tubular vertical case branch pie. Atop said case two discharge branch pipes are arranged communicated via pipeline with controlled valve. Test tube accommodating fuel flow heater and thermocouple attachment are arranged inside said case to form circular clearance. Said thermocouples are to measure wall temperature at preset points. Perforated annular nozzle, check filter arranged at fuel inlet from tubular case, fuel pressure pickup, check filter pressure difference pickup and transferred fuel pressure controller fitted in line to drain fuel into intake tank from first or second discharge branch pipes are located outside of test tube above inlet branch pie. Fuel flow heater is made up of metal cylinder with internal spiral fitted in test tube, spiral length being equal to distance between inlet and second discharge branch pipe. Thermocouple attachment is made from heat conducting material and consists of detachable jacket fitted on flow heater cylinder. Jacket outer cylindrical surface is provided with lengthwise channels. Each dead face of the latter is located level with individual thermocouple. Lower thermocouple is located level with inlet branch pie and upper thermocouple is located level with second discharge branch pie. Note here that tubular case comprises detachable cover with axial channel accommodating thermocouple and insert with axial channel from soft metal accommodating check filter. Said insert is arranged on tubular case inner ledge to support detachable cover and divide the case into chamber upstream and downstream of the filter. Axial channels of insert and detachable cover are communicated with first discharge branch pie of tubular case with its second discharge branch pipe is located below insert. Besides, proposed unit comprises programmable control unit with its appropriate inputs connected to aforesaid pickups and outputs connected with inputs consumption booster, flow heater and shut-off valves.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability of estimation.
