SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, particularly a portable computer system. The technical result is achieved due to that the portable computer system has a touch monitor, a concentrator for power and data transmission, a connector for power and data transmission, a portable computing device; the concentrator for power and data transmission is installed in the housing of the touch monitor; there is an recess in the housing of the touch monitor; the connector for power and data transmission is in the recess; wherein the portable computing device is fit into the recess and is connected to the touch monitor through the connector for power and data transmission by the concentrator for power and data transmission.
EFFECT: easier use of portable computing devices, safer use, broader functional capabilities - displaying information from the portable computing device and controlling the portable computing device from the touch monitor.
