FIELD: holographic imaging.
SUBSTANCE: creating a holographic image using a portable electronic device. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the display system includes a housing configured to accommodate a portable electronic device, and a projector connected to the housing by the first hinge element. The projector includes a projection screen for imaging. The reflective element is connected to the projector by a second hinge element. The reflective element is oriented to reflect light from the images to create holographic images that are visible to the user of the portable electronic device. The housing may include a connector for receiving an image forming video signal from a portable electronic device. The holographic display system may further comprise a substantially transparent touch screen attached to the first hinge element.
EFFECT: increasing the functionality of projection and perception of augmented reality by providing the possibility of creating a holographic image in a portable electronic device.
