FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrument making and may be used as experimental equipment in scientific laboratories of the industrial agriculture. A laboratory plant comprises a reservoir for grain, a ventilation and heating chamber and primary converters of temperature and moisture and a manual control unit. The plant is additionally equipped with force-metering resistive-strain sensors, an air flow converter, primary converters of grid voltage and current consumption connected to an inlet of an information and control system, such as a computer system, and also an air treatment system. The air treatment system is a four-stroke mixing chamber, connected by means of three-stroke air valves with cold and hot ends of a vortex tube. The third inlet of the mixing chamber via a gate valve with a manual drive is connected to atmosphere. A discharge fan is installed at the outlet of the chamber. The mixing chamber is equipped with a moisture generator and a generator of negative ions, which together with the discharge fan and the drive of three-stroke air valves are connected to the outlet of the automatic control computer system, the inlet of which is connected with the primary converters. The computer system memory includes a program of thermal gravimetric calculation of grain weight.
EFFECT: using the invention will make it possible to carry out a process of drying and active ventilation of grain with application of a thermogravimetry method.
