FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: technological line for non-waste processing of rapeseeds includes manifolds and chain bucket elevators for transportation of the product being processed, an accumulator bin for temporary storage of wet contaminated rapeseeds, the complex for preliminary cleaning of seeds with intermediate accumulators, magnetic and air sieve separators for removal of metal-containing and light inorganic and grain impurities, a stone collector, accumulators for grain impurities and mineral wastes, a drying complex including a vortex UHF dryer, a centrifugal blower and a calorifier intended for production of dry hot air, a mixer for a gas suspension generation, a cyclone for collection and sedimentation of dry seeds, a bin for storage and active ventilation of seeds, a complex for repeated cleaning of dried rapeseeds prior to pressing including a magnetic and an air sieve separators, a miller, a frying apparatus and a forepress; additionally, the technological line is equipped with a complex for cleaning exhaust air including a cyclone and a sleeve filter for exhaust air fine cleaning.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance rapeseed oil quality.
