FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of polymerising olefins in the presence of catalytic compositions. The disclosed catalytic composition contains at least one catalytic compound selected from a group comprising a metallocene catalyst, a catalyst containing a group 15 element and combination thereof, and at least one poly-oxo-metal carboxylate compound of formula: (MQO)n, in which M denotes a group 13 metal; Q denotes a carboxylate group containing 2-24 carbon atoms; O denotes oxygen; and n denotes an integer from 3 to 25. The invention also relates to a method of polymerising olefins and a method of producing the catalytic composition. The method of producing the composition involves bringing the catalytic compound into contact with the poly-oxo-metal carboxylate compound to obtain the catalytic composition.
EFFECT: improved operating capacity of the reactor during polymerisation processes owing to reduced fusion of polymer particles while simultaneously maintaining activity of catalytic compounds.
