FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: tank (1) of a washing machine, which comprises a cylindrical structural element, produced by formation of plastics and designed to locate a rotary metal drum. The specified cylindrical element (1) is made with a smooth lower wall (2) with a central hole (2a). The tank comprises a cover (3) produced by formation of plastic accurately put in contact with the specified lower wall (2) and non-detachably attached to the specified lower wall (2) of the cylindrical element (1). The cover (3) comprises a cylindrical nozzle (3b) in the centre, arranged as capable of its accurate matching with the central hole (2a) of the lower wall (2). The cover (3) is attached outside the cylindrical element (1) by means of adhesion, welding or screwing and has a concave shape facing the smooth lower wall (2) of the specified cylindrical element (1).
EFFECT: prevention of formation of an undesired biofilm and resistance to mechanical stress.
