FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: hollow housing (1) of mechanism is fixed on driven shaft (2) and partially filled with liquid. Impeller with blades (8) is fixed on shaft (2) inside housing (1). Housing (1) is made so that it diverges from centre to periphery. Convergent traps (3) are uniformly located in cavity of expanded part of housing (1) in circumferential direction. L-shaped lever (5) is hinged at inlet of each trap (3). One of arms of lever (5) is rigidly attached to float (6) arranged in cavity of convergent trap (3). Nozzles (7) facing blades (8) are fixed at the outlet of trap (3). Volume of liquid inside housing (1) preferably corresponds to total volume of convergent traps (3) the number of which corresponds to the number of blades (8).
