SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion engine has housing with exhaust and suction branch pipes, combustion chamber, output shaft, two non-uniformly rotating vane assemblies with vane sealing member units, vane swinging mechanism providing mechanical coupling of output shaft with vane assemblies and including gears secured on housing and at least on one satellite shaft of mechanism. Variable-capacity working chambers are formed in housing with expansion and compression zones depending on angle of output shaft turning. Engine features different versions of gas connections of working chambers. EFFECT: reduced weight and overall dimensions of engine, improved economy and ecological characteristics and reliability and increased service life of engine. 32 cl, 32 dwg
