SUBSTANCE: method to receive information on dedication of resources in a mobile communication system, including: reception of the first information and the second information along a control channel, the first information indicates a set of groups of resource units, the second information indicates, whether a resource unit included into a set of groups of resource blocks in the form of a bit massif, shall be dedicated or not; identification of the dedicated resource unit from the first information and the second information; and reception of data using the dedicated resource block.

EFFECT: efficient combination of methods of frequency-selective and frequency-spaced planning, reduced quantity of bits to transfer information on dedication of resources.
