SUBSTANCE: method to adjust granularity of resources assigned in a system of wireless mobile communication supports compact planning. A resources indication value (RIV) corresponds to an index of count start (S) for one set of serial virtual resources blocks (VRB) and length (L) of VRB blocks. The index of count start (S) is selected from the values 's', (where s=P+mT<N_RB), and the length (L) is selected from the values T (where 1=K+nG≤N_rb). Here P is a specified integer number, more or equal to 0, T and G - specified natural numbers, m - an integer number, more or equal to 0, and n - a natural number.
