The length of the cell "ℓ" complies with the seed length, the depth of the cell "δ" - with the seed thickness, width of the cell "b" - with seed width. The cellular disc is connected to the conical guide of seeds, generatrices of which are coupled along the radius with the lower part of the cellular disc. Between the wall of the conical guide and the upper part of the cellular disc there is a circular gap, the size "b" of which complies with the seed width. In the body under the cells there is a sowing window connected to a seed duct. The cellular disc drive is made from a threaded shaft via a conical gear.

EFFECT: using the invention will make it possible to increase crop capacity due to provision of accurate dotted feed of seeds into a furrow with a preset interval.
