FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to children's surgery, orthopedics and can be applied for treatment of pathology of hip joint in case of Letta-Calve-Perthes disease and congenital dislocation of hip. Essence of method consists in the fact, that cuff of tonometer is applied at the level of middle third of hip. Air in cuff is pumped until pulsation in dorsal artery of foot disappears. Reached pressure is stabilised for 20 minutes. After that it is slowly reduces by means of regulator to the level of 40-50 mm Hg and kept for 10 minutes. Then it is reduced to zero. After 30 minutes session of treatment is repeated. During a day procedure is repeated up to 10 times.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of treatment of dystrophic malfunctions of femoral bone head by increasing functioning arterioles and intensification of microcirculation in hip joint, assist in formation of new feeding vessels with maintenance of the achieved level.
