FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: femoral neck is tunnelled. A titanium nickelide guide tube connected to a coolant feed system is inserted into the tunnel. That is followed by an exposure to liquid nitrogen at -196°C for 5-7 seconds. The guide tube is removed. The wound is closed.
EFFECT: method enables restoring a bone tissue structure and a support ability of the extremity.
