SUBSTANCE: vibratory cutter consists of holder and working part. The latter represents circular-arc cutting edge jointed with holder by two plates making right angle there between. Note here that point of intersection of plate axial lines coincides with center of curvature of circular arc of cutting edge.
EFFECT: higher hardness, decreased cutting forces.
