FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for extruding thermoplastic crimped tubes comprises extruding blocks (1.1-1.6) arranged on extrusion section 10 in pairs, one behind the other to make extrusion channel. Said pairs are composed of left and tight extrusion blocks (1.1-1.6) to surround cylindrical hollow extrusion channel. Device incorporates grippers 2 to return extrusion said blocks from the end of extrusion section to its beginning. Device for parting of mould is arranged at the end of extrusion section and furnished with driven rotary disk 3. Disk 3 has first and second dogs 31, 32 arranged so that distance from first dog to central axis of turn is smaller than that from second dog to said axis. This allows first dog 31 to interact with extrusion blocks by smaller lever first and, then, second dog 32 with larger lever.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
