FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device serves to shape fluted thermoplastic tubes from fused plastic tube at extruder outlet. Said extruder comprises moving extruding clamps 1.1-1.6 displacing in circle in liner extruding section 10 to make extruding channel. Grip 2 incorporates grippers for left and right extruding clamps with guide and drive devices. Note here that grip 2 has separate guide and drive devices for right extruding clamps and separate guide and drive devices for left extruding clamps. Note also that guide and drive device of every grip has device X1 to guide along axis X and drive device X20 to drive element X22 in axis X, and guide device Y1 to guide in axis Y and drive device Y20 to guide and drive gripper Y22 in axis Y. Guide devices X1 and Y1 are furnished with belt X21, Y21 to circulate in axes X and Y and with threaded lead screw to displace in direction X and Y.
EFFECT: efficient use of surface area for displacement of forming clamps.
