SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for stabilising thermoplastic resins and elastomers, containing a mixture of at least four different phosphites, independently selected from a group consisting of tris tpic 4-tert-butylphenylphosphite, tris 2,4-di-tert-butylphenylphosphite, bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)-2,4-di-tert-butylphenylphosphite, bis(2,4-di-tert- butylphenyl)-4-tert-butylphenylphosphite, tris 4-tert-pentylphenylphosphite, tris 2,4-di-tert-pentylphenylphosphite, bis(4-tert-pentylphenyl)-2,4-di-tert- pentylphenylphosphite and bis(2,4-di-tert-pentylphenyl)-4-tert-pentylphenylphosphite, where said mixture is liquid at room temperature.

EFFECT: composition exhibits good stabilising properties and, being liquid at room temperature, is an effective agent for stabilising thermoplastic resins and elastomers during production thereof.
