SUBSTANCE: method for hydraulic control of drilling direction of a drilling bit comprises an installation of angular direction from a longitudinal axis of a bottom hole assembly (BHA), comprising a drilling bit; opening one or more side holes in the chosen interval to drain a drilling mud from the drilling bit to develop a moving hydraulic force in the angular direction opposite to the angular direction required for forward movement of the drilling bit towards the established direction; drain of a portion of a drilling mud via a side diverting support of a rotor controlled system for sending an additional force to the side wall of the well shaft. The bottom hole assembly for inclined drilling comprises a BHA, one or more side holes spaced along the perimetre of the BHA circumference and engagement valves for selective opening and closing of side holes to develop a side hydraulic force for the BHA, at the same time the BHA comprises a mechanism to adjust a gap between the remote end of side holes and a surface of a well shaft or a bushing with a cardan joint to increase the force applied to move the bottom hole assembly in the opposite direction.

EFFECT: application of a side hydraulic force, minimised contact of mechanical guides with a well shaft, high tunnelling speed, reduced drilling time, improved control over drilling direction.
