SUBSTANCE: facility comprises a housing with the end and console captures the sample mounted thereof, front capture rotatory drive, loading mechanism, which includes an eccentric with rotation drive, ball suspension, and an elastic element that connects the suspension with an eccentric. The facility has a suspended mechanism connected to one end of the elastic element, and two flexible rods that connect the other end of the elastic element and the suspension, and the eccentric is located between the rods.
EFFECT: increased information volume by means of testing a rotated sample in multicycle loading with changes in the average level and amplitude of the load during tests.
