FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: installation for material fatigue test consists of base, of passive sample gripper mounted on base, of active gripper coaxial to passive one, of mechanism of cyclic loading connected with active gripper and including crank with drive of its rotation, of removable units arranged along circumference positioned in plane of crank, also, centre of circumference is on axis of its rotation, of flexible rod enveloping corresponding units, one end of which is secured on base, while another is connected with active gripper, and of roller installed on end of crank and interacting with rod. Also, the installation has at least one additional mechanism of cyclic loading with the crank, a drive of its rotation, removable units arranged along circumference in plane of the additional crank, also, centre of circumference is on rotation axis of the crank, and the roller on the end of the additional crank. Notably, the rod envelops corresponding units of the additional mechanism, while its second end is connected to the active gripper by means of a double-arm lever. The point of the end of the rod along the lever can be changed.
EFFECT: performing tests at multi-cycle multi-peak loads of sample or item at simultaneous change of load levels in cycles.
