SUBSTANCE: device uses communication protocol to transmit and receive data using data check bit including received data determination unit which executes data check for received data using data check bit to determine if data are incorrect; received results transmission unit which in case when data has been determined as incorrect rejects the data and sends retransmission request to other wireless communication device of transmission source, at the same time, if it has been determined are not incorrect it transmits message indicating that the data are correct to mentioned other wireless communication device of transmission source; and retransmission request unit which determines whether data format is incorrect or correct, and if it has been determined that data format is correct it sends data to preset processing, at the same time if it has been determined that data format is incorrect it rejects the data and addresses request to received results transmission unit to make it to request data retransmission.
