SUBSTANCE: invention provides services transparent and reliable moving between cellular and WLAN domains to minimise service interruption for end-user and offer required quality of service (QoS) for various applications. Aspects submitted in this document provide various mechanisms which serves to improve decision points connected with questions when and how each service - as expected - should be associated and offer best practices to move wireless communication device between cellular and WLAN domains in traffic mode and in standby mode.
EFFECT: higher mobility of wireless communication devices between one network domain and other network domain.
