FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for density separation of presized loose materials and may be used in whatever industry. Proposed separator comprises loading bin, feeder-separator, screen conveyor, device to blow conveyor screen by compressed air, transfer nozzles integrated with settling bins and arranged above conveyor screen, pressure nozzles arranged above conveyor screen in one plane with transfer nozzles and tuned to separation of initial material into definite-density products, and aspiration system (cyclones). It incorporates device to create ascending suction airflows in transfer nozzles and pressure airflows in pressure nozzles. Feeder-separator is made up of ribbed surface with lengthwise slots to remove portion of loose mix and feed remaining portion regularly onto conveyor belt for it to be cleaned by compressed air. All transfer nozzles are arranged at different distances from conveyor screen to ensure mix separation to preset densities. All pressure nozzles are arranged above transfer nozzles at different distances from conveyor screen. Transfer nozzles and pressure nozzles are arranged along conveyor screen to displace vertically. Pressure nozzles are directly communicated with the devices intended for creating pressure airflow of different rate and force. Transfer nozzles are made integral with settling bins to communicate via cyclones with rarefaction devices.
