FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mineral processing by fineness and density, in particular to coal dressing. The method of dry dressing of coal includes supply of raw coal to the device of separation of coal from rock. The device for separation of coal from rock is designed as, at least, one rotational brush implemented as a rotating drum installed by the axis along the flow of raw materials with the pile fixed on its cylindrical surface. The separation of coal from rocks is executed by rotation of the rotational brush with providing of action of brush pile on raw materials and sweeping away of coal particles, which are lighter that rocks. Raw materials are supplied by a transport band of the tape conveyor, the drum with pile on external cylindrical surface is used which is installed above the transport band. The gutter-shaped transport band is used. A hollow drum with pile on its internal surface is used the axis of which is arranged at a minimum angle 45° to the horizon and inside which along the axis the tray for reception of coal particles is located, and the raw materials are supplied to the internal surface of the drum.
EFFECT: increase of productivity of the process, and also decrease of energy consumption for implementation of the offered method.
